After the confirmation of your order, our company (thekouls.gr) will communicate with you via email or SMS regarding the time of delivery. Delivery time depends on the distance of the destination address. The cooperating courier service performs delivery on workdays (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00), based on a predefined schedule.
In detail the delivery times are as follows:
- Within the prefecture of Achaia : up to 24 hours after courier pickup
- Prefecture capitals (mainland Greece): up to 24 hours after courier pickup
- Rest of Greece: up to 48 hours after courier pickup (extremely remote areas may require up to 72 hours for delivery)
- Within 10 days with the economy option at checkout or within 2-5 day with the option DHL Express at checkout.
International delivery is performed via DHL Exrpess providing the best and faster service for our clients, daily Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00.
- For deliveries within the E.U: up to 2 days after courier pickup
- For deliveries outside the E.U: up to 5 days after courier pickup
Our company (thekouls.gr) will strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, however uncontrolled reasons such as customs delays, strikes or extreme weather (among other causes) may further delay the delivery.In the unlikely case that a product is found out of stock after the order is finalized and paid for, our company will communicate with you so that the delivery can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time (after it is back in stock), or a replacement product to be sent instead, or a full refund to be made after cancellation of the order.Certain specific charges may be applicable in some situations. In that case, these charges will be clearly mentioned in the order summary page, before the order is completed and paid for.
The generic shipping charges are as follows:
- FREE shipping for ALL orders to Greece.
-Shipping cost to Cyprus is 8€ (incl. VAT) with the economy option at checkout (delivery time 8-10 working days). Otherwise with the option DHL Express the cost is defined at 20€
International shipping cost
-For international orders the shipping cost is defined depending on the zone of the destination country. The accurate cost is calculated automatically during the checkout. For orders shipped outside the E.U the client may be charged with customs defined by the legislation of each country.
If the product proves unsatisfactory and the customer wishes to have it returned or replaced, he/she should send an email to "[email protected]" stating the reason for the return, the item code and the order number. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. Additionally, the returned item should be unused and at the state it was sent, both itself and the packaging, having all factory labels attached. Please include in the return packaging the accompanying documents (order slip, invoice, etc). When we receive the returned item(s) we will inform the customer via email or SMS on the course of the return procedure.The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective (see below about defective products) or when there is an agreement to be billed otherwise.
The return of the products is free of charge applying for the first time, and given that the shipment is carried out by the courier company indicated by thekouls.gr and only in the case of exchange with another product/s of equal or higher value. In this case the new shipment is charged with a standard fee (5€ for Greece).
In case of refund the shipment is at the customer's expense and he can assign it to any courier company he wishes. We don't accept products shipments assigned to ELTA. After we receive the product and we conduct the control concerning its integrity, as described above, within two days we make a deposit of its value in a bank account indicated by the client, minus the offer of Free Shipment (5€ for Greece), as well as the cash on delivery cost, given that this has been the chosen payment method.
Cyprus - International clients
The return of the products from Cyprus or any country abroad is performed with the responsibility of the client and on his expenses and is assigned to a courier company and not the local post office.
In case of refund, after we receive the product and we conduct the control concerning its integrity, as described above, within two days we make a deposit of its value in a bank account indicated by the client. Any shipping cost is not included.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the rare case that a defective item is received, the customer should send an email to "[email protected]" or call +30 2610 242821 in order to report this problem. After verification that the item was indeed received defective, our company will either replace the product or offer a full refund. In any case, the return shipping will not be paid by the customer if the item is returned within 14 calendar days after the delivery date and the cooperating courier service is selected for the return.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled free of charge, only if the cancellation occurs before the courier picks up the order for delivery. After that time, cancellations are handled according to the procedure described in the "returns" section above.
